Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notification.

All prices are in Australian dollars $AUD.

All prices include Australian 10% GST.


Sticks and Stones Outdoor will acknowledge receipt of your order, confirming that we can meet our obligations to fulfil your order within two-three business working days.

We accept credit card, eftpos and EFT payments.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

Product Variation

Sticks and Stones Outdoor will endeavour to provide you with the most accurate information regarding product colour, sizes and images. As many of our products are authentic handmade pieces, Sticks and Stones Outdoor will not be held responsible for any slight imperfections or variations in colour, size and finish. The visual image will most certainly NOT be an exact match to the actual product you order. We cannot offer refunds based on misinterpretations of product colours, size and design.

Out of Stock

If we are out of stock, all monies will be refunded if a suitable alternative cannot be offered. While every effort is made to ensure stock is available at all times if any product is purchased and found to be out of stock, you will be contacted within two-three business working days. You will be notified when the product will be available. If the delivery period given to you is unacceptable, you will be offered a full refund or an exchange at your request.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering, but only if the order has not already been shipped. All cancellations are determined at Sticks and Stones Outdoor’s discretion.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer refunds based on our inability to supply, or if you have received the wrong product or a defective product. On this basis, we would offer to resupply or refund the product including all associated costs.

The customer must inspect all goods on delivery and must notify Sticks + Stones Outdoor within 24 hours of acceptance of goods in writing of any evidence of defect/damage, shortage, or failure to comply with the description or price.

Products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

  1. An original proof of purchase is presented;
  2. The product is received by us in a re-saleable condition; and
  3. The product is returned to our showroom in Thebarton, South Australia.

Exchanges will be made by Sticks + Stones Outdoor once goods have been received and inspected by our staff. Exchanges will be for the original price of the product. Shipping, handling, and insurance costs are non-refundable. You assume all risk of the product and are responsible for delivery costs associated with returning the product to us.

All sale items are final purchases.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind or incorrect selection, or simply finding the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before proceeding with your order.
