All deliveries will incur a delivery charge unless advised otherwise.

Sticks and Stones Outdoor will confirm approximate delivery time frames before dispatching goods. A tracking number and link to our freight company will also be provided so you can track and trace your delivery.

AUTHORISATION TO
LEAVE PRODUCT
WITHOUT SIGNATURE

Although this is not our preferred process, if you will not be available to accept delivery between normal week day ‘9-5’ time window, you may authorise for the product to be left at an address without a written signature. e.g. please leave goods on verandah.

However, we do prefer for your deliveries to be sent to where the product can be received at any time between ‘9-5’ – with an authorising signature.

SPECIAL DELIVERY
INSTRUCTIONS

If you require any special delivery instructions, please ensure these are made clear at time of ordering. Special delivery requirements may incur extra charges.
e.g. delivery to second story addresses/up flights of stairs

CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY
TO PREPARE AND RECEIVE DELIVERY

The customer must be prepared to accept the products on the day notified for delivery unless we are notified otherwise 24 hours prior to delivery. If the customer is unable to take delivery, then a restocking fee plus the costs of the return delivery back to our depot may be charged to the customer.

You must ensure complete access to the premises for the freight company. We will not be liable for any additional costs or damage incurred because of inadequate access to the premises.

Please note that the goods may arrive on a wooden pallet and/or heavily wrapped in cardboard and plastic. This is diligently done to ensure the protection of your goods. It is the customer’s responsibility to unwrap the product and dispose of these materials.

CUSTOMER ORGANISING SHIPPING

If a customer chooses to use their own freight provider, Stick and Stones Outdoor will provide all care but no responsibility for the condition in which the product is received by the customer.

PRODUCT DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

When signing for receipt of our product, the customer is accepting the delivery of the product in ‘good condition and quality’. So please ensure that you check the product carefully before signing. This includes any damage, delivery shortage, or any other discrepancies with the order.

If any goods arrive damaged, you must note the damage on the freight company’s consignment paperwork. Do not sign for the goods as being in ‘good condition and quality’. Please then contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours. Sticks and Stones Outdoor will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to us and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories, and information.
